John 12:42-44

⁴² Nevertheless ^(A)many, even of ^(B)the rulers, believed in Him, but ^(C)because of the Pharisees they were not confessing Him, so that they would not be ^(D)excommunicated from the synagogue; ^43 (E)for they loved the ^[a]approval of people rather than the ^[b]approval of God.

⁴⁴ Now Jesus cried out and said, “^(F)The one who believes in Me, does not believe only in Me, but also in Him who sent Me.
